We strictly deal with returns, damaged goods, or replacement requests only after prior written authorization via email. Unauthorised returns sent back without prior email confirmation from our team will not be processed or accepted.

Order Acceptance: All orders placed on jiffybagtackle.com are subject to acceptance and stock availability. An order confirmation email does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received your request.

Pricing & Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure fishing tackle descriptions, specifications, weights, and prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment Methods: Full payment must be authorized and processed before goods are dispatched. All transactions are securely processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Delivery times provided during checkout are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Jiffybag Tackle is not liable for minor courier delays or adverse weather conditions affecting transit.

Delivery is considered complete when items are delivered to the shipping address specified in your order. Customers are required to inspect packaging upon arrival for any signs of external transit damage.

Mandatory Prior Authorization Requirement

We will strictly only deal with returns and replacements after email authorization. Please do NOT return any item to us without contacting support first and obtaining written return confirmation.

1. Step-by-Step Return Authorization Process:

  1. Send an email to support@jiffybagtackle.co.uk detailing your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product/packaging if damaged.
  2. Wait for our support team to review your request (handled Mon–Fri between 8am and 5pm).
  3. If approved, you will receive a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and return address instructions.
  4. Package the items securely with your RAN clearly marked inside the parcel.

2. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK Regulations):
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for unwanted items remain the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt so we can authorize an immediate replacement or issue a refund upon inspection.
